What are your shipping prices?

We offer free shipping within the U.S.A on orders over $35. The shipping costs for any orders under $35 are a flat rate of $3.99

What payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Notify us by e-mail of your intention to return an item, and the reason for the return. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, please send a photo of the defect by e-mail. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and indicate if you would prefer a refund or store credit

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it?

If your online order is not as expected, please contact us.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Where do you ship to?

Orders shipped within the USA and Canada only. However, we are constantly working on expanding our available locations, so please check back with us if we do not currently ship in your desired area!

How long will my order take?

After your order has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days (between 1-2 weeks) for your order to arrive (varies by location). (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your order any time on our TRACK ORDER page.
