This is beautifully designed and wonderfully made product! Unfortunately it fits only classic Littmann stethoscope! It cannot be used with Littmann Master or EKO core 500. Hence I had to return it. The manufacturer shall consider making special version for EKO.
Arrived super fast, was just what my wife was looking for since lots of places don't let you wear stethoscopes around your neck anymore.
If you need this type of shears, these are great! Sharp, goes thru clothing, banages, you name it while not trying to eat up your thumb and pointing finger. We are changing bandages on both my legs everyday at least once and you soon see just how great they are. Every second saved is a God send. Couldn't be happier with them.

Absolutely love this holder, it keeps my stethoscope right by my side so I never forget it when I’m going from my desk to a patients room. And the biggest plus is no more neck pain! I was a little skeptical because I’ve tried out the leather/velcro ones, but the tubing always collides with the seat when I sit down and it’s a little cumbersome to use. This holder has a rotating clip so that you can move your stethoscope out of the way when you sit down! Definitely recommend!

I recently picked up this stethoscope accessory kit for my Littmann Cardiology IV, and I’m beyond satisfied! It comes with both diaphragm and bell covers, plus a set of ear tips, which is a game changer. Aesthetically, it looks awesome, but what really sold me is how tight the covers fit. Unlike the Littmann ones that always seem to fall off and cost way too much to replace, these are super secure. It took a little elbow grease to get them on, but once they’re on, they’re not coming off. The ear tips fit perfectly too—super comfortable. If you want to keep your stethoscope in top shape without worrying about parts constantly falling off, this kit is definitely worth it!
