Official Rules: MotivatEM x @somecallmelondy Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by MotivationMed Inc., doing business as MotivatEM ("Sponsor"). It is promoted by the creator @somecallmelondy on TikTok ("Creator"), who is not a sponsor and does not collect or receive entrant information, except the winner announcement details described in Section 10. Sponsor alone collects entries, contacts entrants and the winner, and awards the prize. Questions: support@medmotivate.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, if older) at the time of entry. The prize ships only to a street address in the 50 United States or D.C. Employees of Sponsor, the Creator, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and people living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins Monday, November 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.

4. How to enter

Visit medmotivate.com/pages/giveaway-somecallmelondy during the Entry Period, type your email address, check the box confirming you are 18 or older, live in the US, agree to these Official Rules and agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, and submit. You will receive 1 entry. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. You can unsubscribe from Sponsor's emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of Sponsor's marketing emails or by emailing support@medmotivate.com; unsubscribing does not cancel your entry. Asking for a reminder on the giveaway page before the Entry Period opens is not an entry; to enter, use the entry form during the Entry Period.

5. Bonus entries (optional)

Questions: after entering, you may answer two optional questions (your role and the stethoscope you use) for 2 bonus entries. This is available once per person.

Referrals: after entering, you receive a personal link. You earn 1 bonus entry for each person who (a) submits a valid entry through your personal link during the Entry Period, (b) uses an email address that has not already entered this Giveaway, and (c) confirms their email address by clicking the confirmation link Sponsor sends them, before 12:00 PM ET on Monday, November 16, 2026. You can earn up to 5 referral entries.

The maximum is 8 entries per person (1 base entry, 2 question entries, 5 referral entries). Following, liking, commenting on, or sharing any social media account or post never earns an entry. Please enter once, with one email address, and share your link with real friends. Entries from extra email addresses or automated tools, and referrals that aren't real people, won't count, and Sponsor may remove that person's other entries and referral credit too.

6. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize, which includes:

• A brand-new Littmann Classic III stethoscope (winner picks the color from Littmann's standard colors) (ARV $110)
• All 6 MotivatEM color kits: Night Shift, Espresso Shift, Plum Pulse, Raspberry Rush, Caribbean Surge and Blush Bloom (ARV $284)
• A year of new colors: every new MotivatEM color kit we release in the 12 months after the draw (at least 3 kits; if fewer are released, MotivatEM store credit for $49 per missing kit) (ARV $147)

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $541.

Refer-a-winner prize: if the verified Grand Prize winner entered through another eligible entrant's personal referral link, that referrer also wins a Grand Prize, subject to the same verification and claim deadline. A referrer who used another email address of the winner, is ineligible, or does not claim in time forfeits this prize, and it is not redrawn. At most two (2) Grand Prizes are awarded in this Giveaway. Total ARV of all prizes: up to $1,082.

No cash or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize item of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. The prize is not transferable. Littmann and Classic III are trademarks of their respective owners; the stethoscope is purchased by Sponsor at retail, and neither 3M, Solventum, nor Littmann sponsors or endorses this Giveaway. Winners are responsible for all taxes. Sponsor will request an IRS Form W-9 and issue an IRS Form 1099 only where required by law.

7. Winner selection and odds

Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner on or about Monday, November 16, 2026 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each entry counts as one chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and on how many entries each person earns.

8. Winner notification and claim

Sponsor will notify each potential winner by email from support@medmotivate.com. A potential winner must reply within 72 hours of the notification with a US shipping address and any information Sponsor reasonably needs to confirm eligibility, and may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. On or after Tuesday, November 17, 2026, the Creator may announce that a winner has been drawn and notified. A winner is named publicly only after they accept the prize and sign the required declaration of eligibility and release. Neither Sponsor nor the Creator will ever ask anyone to pay a fee or give account passwords or payment information to claim a prize.

9. Prize delivery

Physical prize items ship to the winner's verified US address within about 6 weeks after the winner is confirmed. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed by the carrier after shipment to the address the winner provides.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, accepting a prize lets Sponsor and the Creator share the winner's first name, last initial, state, and social handle for announcing the result, without further payment.

11. Privacy

Sponsor collects your email address, your optional answers, how you reached the entry page, and the approximate country of your connection, and uses them to run this Giveaway and to send you marketing emails, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell your information. Service providers that run Sponsor's email and hosting process it for Sponsor. Sponsor shares only the winners' first name, last initial, state and social handle (if given) with the Creator to announce the result.

12. Platform release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. By entering, you release them from any liability connected to the Giveaway.

13. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters about this Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If fraud, a technical failure, or anything else outside Sponsor's control corrupts the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the problem. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or emails, or for any computer, network, or email failure.

14. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor, the Creator, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

15. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be resolved individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York.

16. Winner list

For the winner's first name, last initial, and state, email support@medmotivate.com with the subject "MotivatEM x @somecallmelondy Giveaway winner" within 60 days after the Entry Period ends.
