Rotate the chestpiece and read the etching on the metal: Littmann stamps the model name there. Two more tells: the Cardiology IV's tube looks and feels thicker because it carries two channels, and its chestpiece is larger with a deeper profile. If the etching has worn, the tube is the giveaway. This matters before you order any part; every product page lists exactly which models it fits.

The dual-lumen design is why no simple aftermarket replacement tubing exists for the Cardiology IV: the tube is a sealed two-channel assembly bonded to its fittings.
