Ear Tip Color Set – Littmann Classic III

One pair fits well for our cheap stethoscope. I’m not sure which brand or type of stethoscope will the other one work on. These are black in color and softer than the white tips that came with ours and very easy to put on. I think the quality is very good and functions great.

I wanted to try these ear pieces from Motivatem and compare them to the original Littmann. The hard version that are included with this pack dig into my ears and are quite painful to use after a short while. The soft version works and seals almost as well as the original Littmann replacement tips. At less than half the price this seems like a good deal. However, both pairs that come with the Littmann replacements are soft and for me, are both useable, although different sizes. My hearing is not as good as they used to be and willing to pay a little more for the quality.

07/29/25 While it doesn't specifically mention fitment for the Cardiology III on the packaging (it does in the product details), it still fits perfectly. Speaking of packaging the black kind of makes it difficult to see the ear tips they strategically placed in the word stethoscope. The product comes with two black pairs of ear tips, firm and soft. I had a pair of firm ear tips previously (not from this seller) and with frequent use it can hurt so I decided to give this one a try and lo and behold, it feels more comfortable and the material seems pretty durable. Installation wasn't really an issue, just pull off the old one and replace with a little elbow grease. Don't give up just because the hole on the ear tips are a little small, that will just ensure that it would have a great seal onto the stethoscope. I would say that these function comparable to the original ear tips that come with the stethoscope.

Comes with two sets of replacement ear tips. The larger ones are (from what I can see) identical to the Littman original ones. I don't need a replacement yet, but I swapped them out, and these sound just as good when used. Time will tell if they are durable, but for the price, I'm happy!

There are 2 sets of ear tips in the package for different stethoscopes. Fortunately one set fit mine perfectly but the other didn't. They're much more comfortable than the tips on my scopes but unless you have two different type scopes, this is really only a single set of tips. Soft rubber like material stretches to fit various sizes of stethoscopes. Very easy to install, just push over the tip of the ear tube. They seem to be of high quality and should last quite a long time. They are comfortable in the ears, more so than the hard plastic tips mine had. Comes with 2 small and 2 large tips. A good deal at $6.

These replacement ear tips fit my Cardiology 3 perfectly -which was the whole reason I took a chance on them. The material feels great, creates a proper seal and my Littmann's sound isolation is just as good as was with the originals. They lock onto the stems and don't wobble, once they’re on you don’t think about them again. Comfort is good even after a long day of use. So far the finish doesn’t get that weird tacky feel other tips develop over time. For a small accessory this solves an annoyance and restores the stethoscope to what it should be.

Have been testing/using the ear tips for over 2 months now. I am a med/surg/tele nurse & the stethoscope is an important tool diagnostically in my daily work. There are 2 sets of buds: one ball type & one bell type for customizing fit to your ears. In the first month, I wore the buds only at home anywhere from 4 to 8 hours to simulate extreme usage. Though I could feel the presence of the ear tips, I could hear perfectly clear and felt no discomfort. In the second month, I replaced the worn tips on my stethoscope & used them at work. Attachment was straight forward & easy. I could feel no wiggle in the tips & they felt solid after attaching. Sounds were clear through the buds. The only way they could have been better is if they acted like the stethoscopes with electronic amplification. In short, these replacement tips feel & work just like the original

These ear tips fit my Littmann stethoscope perfectly and were a cinch to snap into place. They are great quality and very comfortable just like the originals (which I had to replace for reasons I'd rather not mention, lol). Sound quality is unobstructed (clear/crisp) and they seal tightly to block out background noise well. They are also nice and soft so wearing them for extended periods stays comfortable on the ears. The tips have not loosened at all and don't slip off easily. This was a great replacement option for what I needed. They function exactly like they’re supposed to and are an easy swap-out. Given the cost of a high-end Littman stethoscope, a $10 replacement part that allows your stethoscope to become functional again is a great value any day in my book.

My 8yo says she wants to be a vet so we got her a stethoscope and some other medical stuff to learn about. The stethoscope the ear pieces on it weren't too comfortable so we got these replacement tips which fit her ears better too. easy to put on, and they matched better too since her set is black. She loves it and has a case and all to keep it in. They're softer, cheap to get compared to other ones I saw, and the size in the bag can fit either my ears or down to her little ears if we swap tips. Feels like good quality seeing how they're more rubbery than those hard white plastic ones we had.

These fit great and work really well. They seem well made and are a great replacement for the original.

My wife recently picked a new Littmann stethoscope as a back up. In doing so, she forgot that the original ear pieces weren't to her liking. We order this pack and she loves the small set. The fit perfect, are soft on her ears, and basically function as you'd expect. Yes, there are cheaper ear tips you can get, but the cost on these are not bad for something we hope will last for quite a while. She may or may not go back to these when the time comes, but for now, they are on her short list!

Super easy to apply- and fit perfect for my Littmann iii. The only this is they’re kinda hard and not as comfortable as my old ones. The pack came with two pairs so I got a backup pair which is cool! Great quality, but could be a little softer in the ear canals.

These replacement ear tips are a game-changer! Super comfy and easy to pop on. Avoided having to buy a new stethoscope!

I was able to use the hard pieces (definitely not the soft pieces) to replace the tips on my MDF Stethoscope, but it wasn't a perfect fit (nor was I expecting it to be, but this was the best deal so I tried anyway). Due to the fierce battle that ensued trying to get the hard pieces on there, I can attest to the durability of the hard tips - I was not gentle or kind to them at all while getting them on. They complied like champions!

These ear tips fit my Littmann SE II perfectly. They’re easy to put on the stethoscope and stay on securely. The smaller tips are hard. The larger tips are soft and very comfortable. I actually prefer them to the original ear tips that came with my stethoscope. The shape allows for very clear auscultation. Again, even better than with the original ear tips. The price for these high quality replacement ear tips is also quite reasonable. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase.

So I lost an earpiece to my stethoscope a while ago & I haven't found a replacement that doesn't constantly pop off. These fit great & are tight. I haven't had one pop off yet so I'm supper happy about it! I'm so happy to have something as a go to just in case something does happen. Obviously they could still pop off, but these seem to stay on better than the other ones I've had. And the best part? It's so comfortable & sounds great! The 1 replacement piece I found that stayed on somewhat OK hurt my ears so bad. I'm just so happy to have found these.

Good fit and economical

I was able to use this for my ultrascope stethoscope, a bit difficult to put on but they are secure on it now! They feel nice in the ear and aren't too hard which is a problem i've had on other ear pieces.

Nice and soft, both sets fit my Littman Classic II SE and work just fine.

I used these ear tips on an old Omron stethoscope that’s at least a decade old, and both the soft and hard versions fit without any problems. I wasn’t sure they’d be compatible since it’s not a Littmann, but they attached securely and didn’t slip off. The soft tips are especially comfortable and provide a decent seal, which helps with sound clarity. The hard ones are firmer but still usable depending on your preference. It’s nice to have both included to switch between. For a replacement set, this worked out better than expected, especially considering the age and brand of the stethoscope. Definitely a good value if you need reliable ear tips and aren’t using a newer or name-brand model.

5 stars for the product itself, but 1 star for being way overpriced. Probably cost less than a dollar to manufacture, costs 15x that. Fit and quality: I know this was advertised for a Littman, but they're pretty universal. This fit my ADC double-bell perfectly. I knew this before ordering - it comes with a pair each of the soft and firm tips. I wish it was only the soft tips, as the firm ones don't mold to the ear canal nearly as well as the soft tips do, but the soft tips wear out faster. They both seem quite durable. Easy to install - just screw off the old ones, and screw on the new ones. So the price is the only thing that would prevent me from ordering again.

Sound quality very clear. Has brought my stethoscope back to life again.

As someone who wears a stethoscope for 12+ hours in a chaotic ER, comfort is everything—and these ear tips seriously deliver. I tried both sizes and found the right fit easily. Absolutely love these stethoscope ear tips! I picked these because this brand always makes good stuff. They’re a perfect fit - secure, snug, and don’t fall off like others I’ve tried.
